Have We Met?

I'm thinking yes, because I know where most of you are following from, but since this is the first post on a brand new blog, let me re-introduce myself to you. :-) If that's alright. If not, skip down because there is an outfit with this post.

I'm Meghan Edge. I live in Philadelphia, I work at an awesome consignment shop, and I grudgingly attend school for marketing. My passions in life are sewing and writing supernatural stories and listening to alt-punk music (like My Chemical Romance and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes). I spend a lot of time on the internet. I have depression/anxiety problems, but I work through that. I have a lot of awesome blog friends, I adore Tumblr, and I'm a Sherlock Holmes addict. I'm a geeky sewing nerd fangirl and I'm very proud of that. It's nice to meet you.

This dress is one of my new favorites. It was a very large see-through guaze Muumuu that I took in a few inches on each side. It has flutter sleeves. It's mostly still a muumuu when worn without a belt, but with the belt it's a beautiful  new dress that makes me feel awesome when I wear it. It looks good with boots and converse, which is the outfit test in my house, and it looks awesome with my patchy jacket. I'm in lurve with this dress.

I really love the fit and material of this dress. I think the ruffle at the bottom is adorable and the pattern is so much fun!
